Boston B.F.Keith's July 28th 1919 Kinograms and Topics of the Day- Fair TAMAKI DUO - 9 mins- F.S. Japanese boy and girl in a novel exibition of fencing and Jui Jitsu. Fair Opener. Bert HOWARD - 18 mins. in one. A little talk of fair value and a few piano selections. Went fair. GALLAGHER & MARTIN - 17 mins. in one Spec. This is the best act these folks have played here, and went over nicely. MARIE & ANN CLARK - 19 mins. in one. These girls have a novel singing and talking act. Got quite a number of laughs and closed to a good hand. HYMAN & MANN in "5000 A Year" - 18 min. F. S. Good sketch with a capable cast. Pleased throughout. IRVING FISHER - 14 mins in one. Mr. Fisher has a very good voice, nice stage appearance and well arranged program. Went over good. HYAMS & McINTYRE - 26 mins. F.S. Although this sketch played here early in the season, it repeated very well, closing to a good hand. BERNARD & DUFFY - 11 mins. in one. Two boys in a singing and piano offering. After eliminating a few objectionable features these boys held the spot fairly well. COLLINS & HART - 9 mins. in one and F.S. This well known team closed the show pretty well for a hot night. CUTS GALLAGHER & MARTIN - Kindly eliminate the line "weak eyes and no ambition" from your act, also the word "dirty" BERNARD & DUFFY - Kindly omit song "Room 13" from your act also all suggestion of Shimmy dance, also business of scratching.
