PROVIDENCE. R. I. E. F. ALBEE The show this week plays quite well, although dropping a little in one or two spots. It might be called an up to the average vaudeville show. CHAS. LOVENBERG. TUSCANO BROTHERS: Ax Throwers. Good act of its kind, but didn't seem to reach very far. 8 min. full stage. MC.KENTY KIDS: A boy and a girl in a series of character songs and dances; the girl being very clever, practically carrying the act, which as a whole may be classed as fair. 15 min. in one. SANDY SHAW: Scotch Impersonator of various character songs of Harry Lauder, which he sings by special permission of the latter Gentlemen. He went very big indeed. 16 min. in one. BUZZELL & PARKER: Very nice setting, couple of clever people and a lot of blue stuff to make the act go. 17 min. in two. LADY TSEN MAI: Chinese Prima Donna who sings ordinary vaudeville songs and does some imitation. Went fairly well, although somewhat of a disappointment to me. 13 min. in one. TIM & KITTY O'MEARA: Assisted by Freddy Clinton. One of the best dancing acts we have ever had. They made a very big hit. 15 min. full stage. THE SWOR BROTHERS: We have had so many combination of these people, such as Swor & Avery, Sowr & Avey, Swor & Mack, etc., etc., etc. all doing the same act until it has grown somewhat tiresome; for that reason, they failed to score as strongly as on some previous occasion. 18 min. in one. PETTICOATS: An excellent comedy sketch, well played by a Company of three women and one man. 21 min. full stage. BAILEY & COWAN: These boys with their lady assistant were the big clean-up of the show. 18 min. in one. AERIAL LLOYDS: Casting act, not as good as some of the other acts of that kind we have played before.
