REPORT OF BIJOU THEATRE, WOONSOCKET, R. I., Thursday, Friday and Saturday, October 7, 8 and 9. FRANK & KITTY McDONALD--- Sensational Whirlwind Dancers. Exhibition of hand swings and neck swings as they whirl around in a rapid manner. This act went over very good. 7 min. full. WINKLE & DEAN--- "The Ex-Bartenders. Two men in a comedy singing act; also, play piano. 15 min. in one; went good. MARION BRIMM--- "The Jazz Baby." Sings and dances. Bright little girl sings several numbers and dances. Quite a number of people walked out on this act--but, nevertheless, the act went very good. 10 min. in one. [Signature mostly covered by pasted-over leaf; illegible] Scenic Report on the Scenic Oct 11th, 1920 The Great Johnson. Trapeze & Contortion act. Would call this fellow the boneless man, most limber person I ever saw, a splendid act for one of this kind. Went very good. 6 min in 3. Evelyn Forrest & Nan Singleton. School scene In 2. A very light comedy number that dont amount to much, to long drawn out. 14 min George Mack & Mildred Dean. A good bright comedy talking & singing act, went over very good. Opened in 1 and went to 2 to a special scene that was pretty. The act is good for any house. 18 min Jack Levy & Symphony Girls. A very nice musical act. C.D.F. in 3 This afternoon they opened with a quiet number and perhaps 150 people walked out on them, but after they gave them something lively they stuck to the finish and went good. 15 min Reddy
