REPORT OF BIJOU THEATRE, WOONSOCKET, R. I., Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, January 24, 25 and 26. MARLIN & REX--- Man and Woman. In a Comedy Acrobatic Novelty entitled "Bumping the Bumps"--Do five minutes of tumbling around the stage and several stunts on a table--no laughs and a very weak hand at the finish. GERTRUDE MILLER--- The "Dainty Miss" with the double voice. Sings four songs. Only a light hand throughout, also same at finish. 12 min. in one. WALTERS & WALTERS--- "Highly Talented Ventriloquists"--Man and woman. Miss Walters in the crying baby made quite a "hit"--This act went over good. Plenty of laughs and hand and at finish a big hand. 12 min. in one. BALIOT TRIO--- Two women and a man. AN Innovation in Equilibristics. Use swinging bar and dumb-bells.
