REPORT OF BIJOU THEATRE, WOONSOCKET, R. I., Thursday, friday and Saturday, February 24, 25 and 26. LES VALDONS--- "Fun on a Wire"--Comedy bicycle riding on a wire. Man and woman. Juggling on the wire, also a race between the two on the wire. This act has played Pawtucket and Woonsocket several times. I believe Valdons has been peddling furniture polish for the last three months--his own words--better let him go back to furniture polish. The act went very poor. No hand whatever. 10 min. full. WOOD & LARSEN--- "He, She and a Piano". Man and woman. Comedy singing and dancing, also, talking. This act received a few laughs and hands thro act and a fair hand at finish. 10 min. in one. EDISON & CAPIE-- Symphonic Harmonists. Two men with saxaphones; also play banjos. This act received hands thro act and a good hand at finish. 10 min. in one. PRINCESS WAT LETKA--Going good--But for some reason unknown business is rotten. It can't be on account of Lent--As in former years Lent has been even better than several weeks before Lent.
