124 Keith's Bijou, criticism, Dec. 28th, 1903. finished better than they began and turned out all right, though no big hit. GILLETT'S DOGS: Open 2, close full stage; 20 minutes; 2 shows. Well known to the circuit, but I see some improvement in the act since the last time it played around, except in the leaping section where either through his own help or our own stage hands the act got a little bit mixed up and did not finish with the hurrah. All this will be remedied in the night show, and I look for more compact act and better results. BIOGRAPH: Fairly good selection of views this week, one or two of them giving rise to laughter. COMMENT: The show is a very good one on the whole, and would be better without the Bradshaw act, which makes it sag in the middle. The audience was not very enthusiastic to-day but I look for general better results with the night audience. P. F. NASH.
