PHILADELPHIA SHOW OCT. 2ND 1906. (3) H.T.Jordan. BERZAC'S CIRCUS-2-This act has been critized in Boston and New York. All that has been said about it is true. The work with the donkey is a scream, while the pony on the receiving table is spectacular, and created all kinds of enthusiasm. Will undoubtedly be a knockout for the week. 15 mins. Circus in 5. COMMENT:- We unquestionably have the goods for a great show this week, but this afternoon the audience was the hardest to arouse I have ever seen in this house. The early part of the bill went very slowly, and as some of the early acts overplayed their time scheduled, it brought the cream of the bill on at a very late hour. Consequently it made it very hard to criticize the acts and give them their due. With a little rearranging of the early part of the bill, I see no reason why this week's bill should not be the talk of the town. KINETOGRAPH:- 1. ROOM, PLEASE. Little comedy picture. 2. THE WHITE CAPS. Mighty fine picture photographically, and proved very interesting. 3. MR DAUBER AND THE WHIMSICAL PICTURE. Fair comedy picture.
