latter respect (the missing of tricks), she keeps trying to do them until the audience is tried. Should not care if she was never booked again, and if the act of Harding and Ah Sid is dependent upon it, we would not care if we did not get them either. Agree fully with Providence manager that both acts are overpaid, and this latter in particular should be in the 3-show section, if at all. Tom Armstrong, 3 shows, 12 min, in I -- English character vocalist, making his opening in "Cister" uniform, with appropriate song. Is fair 3-show value, especially at the salary. Comment - In my opinion the show is better than last week. I think Duffy, Sawtelle and Duffy, Harding and Ah Sid should be doing 3-shows, the first because the only redeeming feature of their act is a boy, and his merits are note sufficient reason that their material is not new, and furthermore their salary would be ample at GHR. Mile, Olive, as I have said, absolutely out of her class in the 2-show section, and should be getting more than HR as a 3-show turn. Unless Callahan and Mack have a new sketch, they should not be booked with a year again, and at that they should be paid the present salary for the old sketch.
