CONTINUED. SPOOKS MINSTRELS---I was led to believe that this was a great act. On the contrary it is a frost, and is not worth half the money. The comedy of the act consists of, when the vocal numbers do not get much applause and they have to TAKE up the encores on account of the moving pictures. The singing is very ordinary, and I hear the whole act is not nearly what the original was. A few hands on the finish, owing to the "Red White and Blue" gag. Never again. 16 minutes, faull stage. Five minutes close in one. RYAN & RICHFIELD---As usual a "Knockout." One of the greatest and funniest acts of its kind. Every moment a big laugh, and good legitimate Irish comedy. 27 minutes, full stage. OKABE'S JAPS--Good closing act. Good paraphernalia and tricks neat and quickly done. Big applause. Without doubt the best Jap act I have had. 13 minutes, full stage. KINETOGRAPH---Without a Travelling Menagerie. Interesting and good film. The Yawner. Fairly funny pictures. NOTE---Show looks bad on paper but outside of the Spook "lemon" made good, and audience seemed more than pleased by the amount of applause. Lindsay Morison.
