KEITH & PROCTOR'S 125TH STREET THEATRE CRITICISM (Cont'd) AGNES SCOTT (Cont'd) while Horace Wright is thoroughly appreciated for his vocal work. Finished very strong. Four curtain calls. Twenty-three Minutes Full Stage. JAS. J. MORTON Too well known to need any comment. His material is about the same as when we last played him crosstown although I believe he made the biggest hit of his life here this afternoon. Fourteen Minutes in One. WM. COURTLEIGH & CO. In Geo. V. Hobart's comedietta "Peaches". Well known. Individual members of the company received advance applause. One of the best comedies presented this season. One continual scream from start to finish. Thirty-five Minutes Full Stage. ELFIE FAY Negotiated this place in great shape and better than I really expected. All of her songs are excellent, each one making an individual hit. She was compelled to sing her trademark "The Belle of Avenue A". Eleven Minutes in One. BROTHERS BYRNE Introducing a carriage ride and it's mishaps. Entirely too much money for an act of this nature. Good in spots. Worked very slow. Cannot be compared to the pantomimic acts we have had here recently. Fifteen Minutes Full Stage.
