65. Report on show, Keith's Theatre, Providence, R. I., Week of April 27th, 1908. (Chas. Lovenberg, Mgr.) The bill this week, following the excellent one of the previous week gave most universal satisfaction. It is a show that if we had had it in the heart of the season, would no doubt have drawn us considerable money. There is not an act in the entire bill, but what in it's way, makes good thoroughly. SUPPLEMENTARY REPORT, KEITH'S THEATRE, PROVIDENCE, R. I. WEEK OF APRIL 27, 1908. (Chas. Lovenberg, Mgr.) Viola Gillette & Geo. MacFarlane. These people tried their act out in one this afternoon with thorough success. It went just as big as when they did it in Full Stage and they, themselves, are thoroughly pleased with it. Being in one now, it is a great deal more valuable to the Manager than it was before, in fact it is an exceptionally strong act. 20 Min. 2 shows. {Text is covered by a paper inserted over it} ...onal dancers. We have never had a more artistic or a better received dramatic sketch than that Mr. Welch is giving us this week "At Ellis Island." Six curtain calls was his reward at the end of the act last night, and that is "going some" for Providence. The calls were not forced, they were absolutely genuine. There is not a doubt but that he will draw his salary to us this week, if we have anything like cool weather. 25 Min. Full Stage, 2 Shows. Elinore Sisters. In their new sketch "The Actress and the Maid", which was the usual big scream. 20 Min. in 1, 2 Shows. Martinetti & Sylvester. Very good comedy acrobatic act. 10 Min. F. S. 2 shows. Motion Pictures. O. K. NOTE: This is the last week of our current vaudeville season, therefore this will be the last report until our season reopens next September. Would be very glad to receive reports from the other managers during the Summer months.
