CHARLES AHEARN TROUPE. Bicyclists. 19 mts. Full Stage. Three men and a young woman, all of them expert cyclists. One of the men appears as a sailor, another as a Frenchman and a third as the tramp. There is abundant fun in the act. Have the greatest collection of freak bicycles ever seen here. Good applause and laughter throughout the act. The close is before a drop representing the World's Champion Cycle Race. It is a very funny burlesque and give the act a ripping good finish. KINETOGRAPH. I. The days of '61. This is one of the best pictures we have ever had here in this house. It got continued applause and if full of patriotic material and a chance for patriotic music. The finish is immense. It runs about 14 mts. II. IN Brazil. An excellent travel film, although very short, only running 7 mts. NELSON. A good juggling act in the three-a-day section, introducing some comedy and some tricks that are quite new. Received a good hand throughout. His work with the bounding hats was particularly amusing. THOS. J. DUGAN. "A Hasty Messenger." Comedian appearing in messenger costume. Only a fair three-a-day. Properly buried in the supper section. GENERAL REMARKS. This is a very good show and plays off well from start to finish. There is comedy, high-class music, two sketches, a comic opera and splendid moving pictures. If we can only have the weather favorable, this bill will surely pull a strong stroke with our people.
