REID SISTERS-Novelty dancers, Eccentric and Acrobatic-10 min. in one, 3 shows. This act is far above the average doing three shows.
IRENE LA TOUR- 10 minutes, garden in 2. 3 shows. Contortion act and a very clever dog. This act would do very well in any of the two a day houses to open the show.
[STEELY?] & EDWARDS- Comedy Musical act. Time of act 22 minutes, interior. 4 minutes in one. While this act is not a big hit, it gets by alright not later than 8:30.
THE GOLDEN TROUPE-Russian Singers and Dancers. Palace, 15 minutes. Beautiful costumes, very fair singing, very bad dancing. Would not care to recommend this act.
COLBY & MAY-"Ventriloquist and his Dancing Doll". 14 min. Interior. The dancing doll is very, very bad and while the act goes fairly well, I would not care to recommend it for a late place on any bill.
HELENA FREDERICK- Soprano- 10 minutes, Olio in one. I think Miss Frederick is singing as well as she ever did and going very well.
THE KELLINOS- 14 minutes-special. Acrobats. The greatest act of the kind we have ever played and I am sure an act that draws us money. It is surely a headline act.
FRED SOSMAN-Singing Comedian. 15 minutes, olio in one. Personally, I do not like Mr. Sosman's work but the audience does. He has been a big hit at every performance and while I think he is bad I would not hesitate to play him a return since the verdict of the jury is opposite to mine.
THAT QUARTETTE-16 minutes in one. This act is not the big hit that it was on their first appearance. However, they are doing very well.
ROBT. HILLIARD & CO.-"Number 973". 22 minutes, interior. While this act goes fairly well I am sure that it is not what the public want to see Mr. Hilliard in. They want him in the dress suit and I am sure I would not want to play "Number 973" a return.
COTTER & BOULDEN-3 shows, Garden in 2. 15 minutes. A very good three show act.
