188 CHASE'S WASHINGTON Week Oct. 26th, 1908 TOM BATEMAN Character, vocalist and dancer and little do we care for the singing but the dancing on the finish is good. In one. JOE COOK and Bro. A good little juggling act for an early position. Full stage. QUINLAN and MACK "The Traveling [Dentist?". Quite a bit of the material is new and serves to keep the audience in a laughing mood. In one. ROONEY and [illegible] "The Busy Ball Boy". As usual the dancing is the feature of the act, in fact the whole act, and both excel in this. Full stage, can close in one. INTERMISSION MURRAY and [LANE?] "A Knight' s" [Hess?]". Their songs, and ability to sing them, carry the act through to a splendid finish. Full stage. JULIUS [TANNEN?] All new material and good at that. An excellent entertainer for our patrons. In one. THOMAS E. SHEA and Co. "The Bells". A splendid production, excellent support, and with the finished acting of Mr. Shea fills a hitherto unoccupied niche in vaudeville. Full stage. THE AMERICAN VITAGRAPH "Taft or Bryan". Good film previous to election. H. Winnifred De Witt, Mgr.
