Report of The Colonial Theatre, Lawrence, Mass., Nov. 9th, 1908: The Lovitts:- Man and woman: garden in two: acrobatic act. Good act, but overpaid. 12 min. "The Advance Agent" comedy drama: kitchen in three: two men, one woman. Very good. 22 min. "Morrissey & Ayer": Two men; pianologue, singing and talk, in one, For the money a great bargain. Should be booked for the season. 20 min. J. C. Nugent & Co:- in comedy. "The Rounder" C. D. in three. Went big. 17 min. Tom Naum & Co:- in "Pat and the Genii," Own set in three; Went big. No comment needed 24 min. [Sam?] Stern:- Character impersonations in one. Went big. 19 min. Four Floods:- knockerbout comedy. A scream. 12 min. Pictures.
