REPORT OF COLONIAL, LAWRENCE, WEEK OF SEPT. 26, 1910. Wood Bros. - double flying rings - went very good. 10 min. full stage. Mabel Carew - character songs - started off slow but finished good. 14 min. in one. R. H. Hodge & Co - "Troubles of Bill Blithers, Bachelor" full of funny situations, went very good. Four people full stage 21 min. Paul Barnes - monologist - a good line of stuff and went very well. 21 min. in one. The Overing Family - "Mrs Juniper's Troubles" a rough farce rather disconnected and went only fair. 22 min. full stage close in one. Sydney Deane & Co - presenting "Christmas on Blackwell's Island went very big. 10 min. in one and a half. Ida Fuller - "La Sorcierie" beautiful, spectacular dancing and ran off very well this afternoon. I have never had anything like this here before and am awaiting reports to see if it will be a drawing card for us. 14 min. full stage. Motion Pictures O. K. [John F. Adams?] Critic.
