B. F. KEITH'S HIPPODROME Week of Sept. 1, 1913 Cleveland, Ohio HARRY DE COE - - 10 minutes, full stage. Palace. Balancing act carries own tables and chairs. Works every minute in evening dress and encores much applause. An excellent opening act. SPENCER & WILLIAMS - - - Man and girl. 12 minutes in one. Songs and dances and talking with customary bench patter. Very pleasing but conventional. (CINCINNATI) GEORGE FELIX AND THE BARRY GIRLS - - Man and two girls. 15 minutes in 3. Light fancy. Same act as last season with the girls working straight and the man doing eccentric kid. Closed the show owing to delay 8in baggage and made good. (Toledo) LITTLE CLEO CASCOIGNE - - Petite Prima Donna. 11 minutes in one. Grand Opera selections in doll make-up, closing with the "doll song" from Tales of Hoffman. Small voice of rich quality. Generous applause. This act carries musical director. (Toledo) ROBERT T. HAINES & CO - - - Three men and one woman in sketch, "The Man in the Dark". 18 minutes in 3. Library. Good sketch, well acted and got repeated curtain calls. (Pittsburg) JACK WILSON, assisted by Ada Lane & Jack Boyle - - - 28 minutes in one. Street. Plenty of new material. Miss Lane wears some new and beautiful costumes. A hit from start to finish. (New York) SIDNEY JARVIS ASSISTED BY VIRGINIA DARE - - - Jarvis has some good stuff and gets by without trouble but Miss Dare is not quite as clever, at least she wasn't Monday. The act as a whole is all right. (Boston) MASTER GABRIEL & CO - - - Two men and a woman in 3. 25 minutes of serio-comedy sketch with "Little Nemo" imitation scoring. Went along fairly well but no encore. (Toledo) PATHE'S WEEKLY
