CHASE'S WASHINGTON D.C. August 19th., 1912. OPENING OF THE SEASON AND OPENING OF THE NEW THEATRE MUSICAL GORDON HIGHLANDERS Three men and one woman in a very commendable singing, dancing and instrumental number. F.S. closing in one. FLORENCE MODENA AND CO. "A Lesson in Reform" Same act, as done in the olden days by Hugh Stanton and Co., but a bit burnished up. It had been forgotten and made good. F.S. Maud LAMBERT and Ernest R. BALL These people were exceedingly well received, in fact, enthusiastically so. In one. MABLE TALIAFERRO AND CO. "The Return of Tori San" She is a petite and attractive little woman and with her dainty manners and in this dainty little sketch, she won the audience. F.S. INTERMISSION DON FULANO The best trick horse we have ever seen on exhibition. F.S. JOHN E. HAZZARD Always good and makes a hit. In one. "IDEAL" This is just about as good a diving performance as we have played. Good act. F.S. THE ANIMATED WEEKLY Good film of interesting pictures.
