REPORT on BOSTON SHOW for WEEK of NOVEMBER 23rd - 1914 (R. G. Larsen.) PATHE WEEKLY 10 minutes in one. Picture Sheet. More interesting than usual. VIVIAN FORD and HARRY HEWITT 9 minutes f.s. Special Set. A rattling good dancing act. Work in grotesque make-up, a sort of take-off on the modern dance craze. Could go further down on the bill. VAL HARRIS AND JACK MANION 13 minutes in one. Got over in this position. Would not care to play them any further down on the bill. SEVEN BRACKS 9 minutes f.s. Palace. Without question the greatest risley act in the business. Went big. TWO HOLLANDERS 20 minutes f.s. C.D.F. Open picture sheet in one to show special film. A good novelty in the singing and dancing line. Worked up to a strong finish. FRITZ BRUCH and SISTER 15 minutes in one. O.P. Drapery. This is one of the very much high-class musical acts in the business. Scored at both performances. CLAUDE and FANNY USHER 28 minutes f.s. Playing their new sketch, which is going strong. Gets many laughs and a big finish. LITTLE BILLIE 14 minutes in one. Special draperies and drops. This little man has improved greatly since he played here two years ago. We headlined Billie. He made good decidedly. Held this spot in fine shape. B. A. ROLFE'S "LONESOME LASSIES" 30 minutes f.s. Special Set. A very good musical comedy that went first-rate. But hardly in the same class with Rolfe's "Bride Shop." HARVARD-YALE FOOTBALL PICTURES 15 minutes in one. Picture sheet. The clearest and best football pictures we have ever shown. The entire game is pictured from start to finish, and these pictures should draw some business. The majority of the audience remained in their seats for them.
