REPORT on BOSTON SHOW for WEEK of NOVEMBER 30th - 1914. (R. G. Larsen.) PATHE WEEKLY 15 minutes in one. Picture Sheet. The best war pictures they have yet given us. THE CROMWELLS 10 minutes f.s. Palace. A very fair juggling act, performed by a man dressed as a woman. Made an acceptable opener. AL PIANTADOSI and ARTHUR FIELDS 11 minutes in one. Olio Drop. These boys have a list of songs a foot long on the programme, which they claim to have written. Yet they only did ten minutes at the matinee, and at night, in response to a request for more time, eleven minutes. Every number they use has been sung here before. DOROTHY and MADELINE CAMERON 10 minutes f.s. Palace. Very short opening in one. Two exceptionally clever girls in a dainty dancing act. Modern dancing, toe dancing, and the Blue Danube. Scored quite a hit. FORD and TRULY 14 minutes in one. O.P. Drapery. A dancer and a remarkably intelligent dog. The dog apes everything the man does. Got a lot of laughs and closed strong. A very good novelty. DALE and BOYLE 9 minutes in one. Garden. This team was brought in to give us more time, as nearly every act on the bill fell short of the time they were supposed to do. Went as big as on previous visits. ALLAN DINEHART and CO in "The meanest Man In The World." 23 minutes f.s. Special Set. One of the best comedy sketches we have played in some time. Effectively staged, and well played. Finished strong. BRITT WOOD 9 minutes in one. Street. This young fellow pulled down one of the applause hits of the show. His dancing and harmonica playing went very big. BLANCHE RING and CO in "Oh, Papa!" 41 minutes f.s. Special Set. 4 minute close in one. Olio Drop. This is an act from "When Claudia Smiles," with two musical numbers by Miss Ring. The close in one consists of some of her old-time songs, which proved one of the big features of the act. The piece is very funny and well cast, and got many laughs. A thoroughly satisfying headline attraction that made good in the most decided fashion. LANE and O'DONNELL 9 minutes f.s. Garden. This wellknown bump act closed the show in good shape.
