BIJOU THEATRE WOONSOCKET, R. I. REPORT OF SHOW MONDAY DECEMBER 7, 1914. TINSMAN & TINSMAN: Comedy Acrobats, 13 minutes full stage. 2 Men. Practically the same act as when last seen here. The 'straight' work is fairly clever and shows some skill, while the comedy occasions a laugh here and there throughout the act. HARRY VICTOR: Singing Comedian, 12 minutes (1) Fair act, singing two or three well-known songs in a voice that is not particularly good, although he works hard at all times endeavoring to get something from a turn rather weak in merit. ALEXANDER KIDS: Juvenile singers and dancers, 18 minutes full stage. 3 Girls. Exceptionally good act, in fact the best juvenile offering ever seen here. Great as comedians, and singers, but their dancing was a perfect riot of success. Tumultuous applause at all performances, the audience couldn't seemingly get enough, and their costumes were extremely pretty and lent an added touch to the act which was quickly recognized. Entire act was an instantaneous and most emphatic hit. [W. E. Parmenter?] Manager. BIJOU THEATRE, WOONSOCKET, R. I. REPORT OF SHOW THURSDAY DECEMBER 10, 1914. THE BALKANS: Musical, 15 minutes, full stage. 2 Men. Offer a pleasing program of selections, rendered upon instruments novel and unique in character. BILL & MAUDE KELLER: Comedy talking and singing. 13 minutes (1) Lady and Man. Excellent comedy, refreshingly new and up-to-date. Every sally of wit produces a laugh, and it is evident to all beholders that here is a team of real comedians. PAUL LeCROIX: Comedy juggler, 10 minutes (1) Lady assistant. Good comedy juggler, his piece-de-resistance, the manipulation of hats, places him in a class entirely by himself as an expert in this department. [W. E. Parmenter?] Manager.
