REPORT on BOSTON SHOW for WEEK of MARCH 22nd - 1915. (R. G. Larsen.) DUPREE and DUPREE 10 minutes f.s. special plush cyclorama. A very showy and exceptionally good bicycle act which opened the show in great shape. LOCKETT and WALDRON 9 minutes in one. Street Drop. Two boys, dancers with some songs. Went over very strong in this spot. FLO IRWIN and COMPANY in "THE LADY OF THE PRESS" 27 minutes f.s. Office interior. This sketch got a number of laughs all through it, but would not care to play it any further down on the bill. GLEN ELLISON Scotch Comedian. 17 minutes in one. Olio Drop. this man has some pretty good songs and stories. He opened strong with the "Sister Susie Sewing Shirts for Soldiers" song on the picture sheet, but after that he merely pleased, and closed very weak. DERKIN'S DOG and MONKEY PANTOMIME 11 minutes f.s. Special Set. A good animal act that had the audience laughing all the time. SCHOOLER and DICKINSON 19 minutes in one. Olio Drop. Went stronger than ever. In fact, were a hit. BICKEL and WATSON 20 minutes in one. Street Drop. These men opened up with a roar, and kept the audience laughing to the finish of their act. EVELYN NESBIT and JACK CLIFFORD 11 minutes f.s. Special plush draperies. Got over in good shape. Capacity houses tell the story. BILLY FOGARTY and ETHEL KIRK 17 minutes in one. Garden Drop. Shifted this act down to next-to-closing tonight to get more value out of Bickel & Watson, and they held the spot all right. FAMOUS ALPINE TROUPE 8 minutes f.s. Cut Garden. A very showy wire act which closed the show satisfactorily.
