REPORT on BOSTON SHOW for WEEK of JUNE 7th - 1915. (R. G. Larsen) VALENTINE and BELL 10 minutes FS. CDF. Man and woman in a very good trick bicycle act. Went first rate. BOLGER BROTHERS 13 minutes in one. Olio Drop. Banjos with a little dancing. Full of life and ginger and went very well in this position. WALTER LEROY, EMILY LYTTON and CO. "Neighbors." 12 minutes FS. Landscape. One of the prettiest little comedies we have played in some time. Made quite a hit. LEO BEERS 15 minutes in one. OP Drapery. This man is quite a clever entertainer, and he went very well. CLIFTON WEBB and GLORIA GOODWIN 15 minutes FS. Palace. Society dancers, with Russian orchestra. Have some original dances, are hard workers, and scored a big hit. JIM TOONEY and ANN NORMAN 19 minutes in one. Olio Drop. About the same act they have given us on previous visits. Going as well as ever. FRITZI SCHEFF 16 minutes FS. Grand Palace. The best act she has ever given us. A decided hit. Using the orchestra this trip, instead of a pianist. which is a decided improvement. RAYMOND and CAVERLY 20 minutes in one. Special Drop. Kept the audience laughing every minute they were on the stage, and closed well with the burlesque tango dance. SYLVIA LOYAL and HER PIERROT 9 minutes FS. Special Set. We featured the 70 snow white pigeons in this act, and most of the house remained in to see them. Starts a bit slow with the pantomime, but the finish with the pigeons brought a round of applause all over the house. Pleasing closing feature. CUTS: Raymond and Caverly - reference to Fritzi Scheff.
