REPORT ON SHOW AT KEITH'S THEATRE BOSTON JAN 24th '16. (R. G. Larsen.) LUNETTE SISTERS 9 minutes fs. Garden. A very showy and rather sensational aerial act, with two girls with revolving steel bar that made a very good opener. KRAMER and MORTON 13 minutes in one. Street. This is rather an early spot for an act of this kind, and with the fact that it has played here several times before, it did not get over as well as it should have. THE MINIATURE REVIEW 15 minutes fs. Special Set. A manniken act with quite a few novelties. Went fairly well. ANNA LAUGHLIN and WILLIAM GAXTON 21 minutes in one. Two special drops. Man and woman, singing and talking. Considerable new material. Got over very good. Miss Laughlin closes with her old Eskimo song. FLANAGAN and EDWARDS 16 minutes fs. Plain Chamber. Short close in one. Olio Drop. this act has played here a number of times, but got over as usual. OTA GYGI 11 minutes in one. Olio Drop. Went well. MRS. LANGTRY in "ASHES" 19 minutes f.s. C.D.F. This is a rather light sketch with a good finish. In fact, much better than the last sketch Mrs. Langtry had here. Went well, but did not create any sensation. THE FARBER GIRLS 21 minutes in one. Garden. This clever pair caught the audience from the start, and were practically the one bright feature of the show. SIMOR ARABS 6 minutes fs. Special set. The usual Arab act. It's only recommendation being it's speed. COMMENT:- Compared with the shows we have had during the past two or three weeks, this one falls so far below the standard that it caused considerable comment. The acts are almost all of the conventional sort, and repeats.
