BIJOU THEATRE, WOONSOCKET, R. I., Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, Sept. 24, 26 and 27. Bud--FAGG & WHITE--Julia--- "In a Bit of Africanology"--All sorts of blackface nonsense; singing and talking principally; 15 min. in one; went good. SIXTEEN NAVASSAR GIRLS-- This act made a very fine appearance, especially in neatness and stage setting, and every number was received with tremendous applause. 20 min. A. S. Watson BIJOU THEATRE, WOONSOCKET, R. I., Thursday, Friday and Saturday, Sept. 28, 29 and 30. KOLA--(The Frog Man"0 A Contortion Novelty with Special Scenery. Eight min. in full stage; went fair. FIELD BARNES-- The Xylophone King. Eight min. in one; went very poor. THE AMERICAN MINSTRELS-- "Minstrelsy Up-to-date." Five girls in white and two men, blackface. Singing, dancing and comedy; 25 min. full stage; went good. The comedy in this act is the only thing to it, as far as singing is concerned there is not a singer in the bunch. I consider this show a very weak one indeed. A. S. Watson
