NFFF Move by a majority of the NFFF Board to establish a panel to inquire into the Speor-Dunkelberger feud, as recommended in Laney's "Facts in the Case..", was vetoed by President Dunkelberger on the ground that failure to accept that pro-vision of the Evans constitution which set up a permanent judiciary showed that the members didn't want judicial bodies such as this panel.
