I. TRIM THE COVER OFF AT (D) AND CUT A STRIP OF COLORED CONSTRUCTION PAPER THE HEIGHTH OF THE MAGAZINE, BY 1/2" to 2" IN WIDTH. II. PASTE COVER(c) AND COLORED PAPER (A) WITH GLUE(B); GLUE THE COVER TO THE FIRST AD PAGE(USUALLY THE BACK OF CONTENTS PAGES), III. WRITE THE NAME, DATE, ETC., OF MAGAZINE AS IN FIG.2 WE'D like to have your opinion of these binding articles, and also your ideas of good binding for magazines, books, single stories, cartoons, news articles, etc. -Editor- ANOTHER ARTICLE NEXT MONTH
