FAN PLUTONIAN JOCKEY CLUB LOOKING REWARD AT FANDOM BY BOB TUCKER There it stands: The Plutonian Jockey Club, a towering, attractive edifice housing the swank, exclusive fan colony. On the roof is a modern runway, accomodating the rocketaxies as they swoosh down to erupt bearded old men. The structure is surrounded by spacious grounds and stunted trees. (This happened early in the clubs existence by fan publishers throwing worn-out Hecto Jelly out the windows on them.) Nowadays only an occasional empty ink can comes sailing down from the heights to alight, spattering ink and all, upon the innocent head of a passerby. There are neither Plutonians nor Jockeys on the membership rolls; to be sure, there is no such creature as a "Plutonian 12
