MILTY'S MAG 66 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Milton A. Rothman.... Co. F, ASTU 3900 Oregon State College Corvallis, Oregon For the Fantasy Amateur Press Association ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Thankee Dept: For mimeographing the last issue, this issue, and promising to turn the crank for future issues of this mag, Fran Laney deserves and gets the utmost thanks. Turn the prayer wheels 3,985,674 times for him. ....... In great glee over finding this patron, I hope to extend this issue slightly so that it can at least be seen among the massive, impressive, and erudite publications in which the mailings now abound. Otherwise, I should rapidly acquire an inferiority complex. Book Dept: I tried to read "The Meaning of Meaning." Now I need a book to tell me what it means. Last Mailing Dept: Walt Liebscher's poem "Oh, Yobber" was the only thing in the last mailing that set me to screaming hilariously. And that after I had just been thrown into a fit of black depression by Ashley's views on unions, and the radio playing the Patherique Symphony yet. Ah, genius. I'm dropping the union topic cold. Not that I considermyself out-argued, but because out (Ashley's and mine) fundamental concepts concerning unionsare so completely opposed that to clarify the situation would require specialized knowledge which I don't have. Labor relations is as complicated as any technical subject, and don't lets kid ourselves we can pass it off in one pare of writing.
