Jan 10, 1946 My dearest Carroll, Hi darling! Here goes [with] abit of news & alot of loving. Oh so very much loving. It comes from the very bottom of my heart. You are constantly on my mind day & night. And they've such wonderful tho'ts. I sit and day dream about how perfectly happy we'll be when you get home. I love you so very dearly Carroll. I'll always love you this way. It's such a wonderful feeling. I was never so happy in my life. And my happiness is you darling. You mean everything to me, honey. There I go again.
