Saving...
January 25, 1946 My dearest Carroll, Hi darling! Here goes [with] a bit of news and alot of love for one swell fellow. You have made me the happiest gal on earth darling. The fulfillment of the dream will be when you're home [with] me forever darling. You are all that matters to me. You are on my mind constantly. There I go again. You can plainly see what I think about. And if I'm not careful, I'll forget what news there is to tell. Today is my day off. So this AM when I get off duty I washed my hair. We went to the [Alumni?] meeting last nite. Good food & good program but otherwise we were rather bored. But we behaved like little ladies & [Mesecher?] says I'll "A" tomorrow in my lesson. She's crazy, I do believe.
