Saving...
I slept till 2:00 today. Fully intended on getting up earlier but no go. This P.M. Duffy & I got real ambitious & decided to clean the place up. Was getting to look terrible. We even moved the piano out & mopped behind it. We were so exhausted when we got thru we laid down & slept till supper. The heighth of laziness I know but so nice if can be done. As soon as Eddie calls Duffy & I have your letter finished, she & I are going over to visit Ruthie. She doesn't get out much at all. Dave's mother hasn't been feeling well & she hates to leave the baby for her to take care of. It weight 8' 7" now so it's growing. Has a huge appetite. Just like it's father -- I keep telling them. I helped fix a chest
