wk. off but for an entirely different reason. Dad said Mae [Lupu?] had been in to see him. She's been doing some private duty in Washington I guess. The wind is really blowing now. Sounds so weird when it howls around the corners. This is the kind of nite to stay at home & pop corn & listen to the radio. I miss you so very very much darling. Please come home soon. It's time I think about going on duty darling so I'm going to say Good-nite honey. Sleep tight and dream about me. I'll be thinking of you every minute. You are never out of my tho'ts.
