Cleaned the room, did a washing, cleaned my shoes & stuff like that. I was going downtown to do abit of shopping but since pay day has not been as yet we shall stay home until. Sad state of affairs one always finds at this time. Last nite I worked 7-7 & what a nite. We had no beds for pts. so what happened. Two came in so bad to put them on cots in the hall. We're supposed to be able to sleep about 2-3 hours when we work 7-7. Well, had my bed all fixed in the office on the Davenport when one pt. came in. I went to admit her & when I came back here was her Dr reclining on my bed. Said he'd wait till she was ready to deliver so I had to stay up all nite. I was absolutely furious & so darn tired
