Saving...
February 16, 1946 My dearest Carroll, Hi darling! Me again writing that wonderful fellow I love so much. He's the one that has made me so very happy. Time is really slipping by now. Last couple days so fast I'm almost lost. That's what I like tho. Alot of work so I lose track of time. Yesterday AM I was so tired when I got off duty I slept till 6:00 P.M. Even thru supper & I was so hungry. Came on duty from 7 to 7 & we ran like mad all nite. Is exciting when things happen but always all in one nite. And what you think will happen never does. Is always something different.
