China and the rest of the day we did problems with the motar. We would pick a target and then run up and put the gun into action like we were firing on it. Fri night we had a 2 hour night problem on scouting and patrolling. Sat. morning we again had problems with the motar. This being gunner may have its advantages, but I have to carry the gun and it weighs 42 lbs. I don't carry it all the time here, but in combat I would. Sat afternoon I came to Ozark. I messed around until evening and then I met this kid that just got married and his wife. We went swimming together. We swam till about 10:00 then I went back to camp. Now it noon
