Saving...
the devil and the paper says there is no change to look foreword to. Its getting so hot you can't sleep very well anymore. I ran across Bill McDonal (the swimmer) yesterday out at the lake and we had quite a talk. He is now a jeep driver. Some life. Those glasses Ken sent me are really a big help. I used to get a head ache about every day, but not any more. The news is looking better all the time, but there is still along way to go. More than [now?] I'm afraid. I'm anxious to see those pictures you took of the river when it was so high. Looks like it plans to stay high all summer to. I can't seem to think of anything more to write now. guess I'm still asleep or else there just isn't anything to write about. Love, Carroll
