in the infantry for better or for worse. Yes dad, the money comes through ok and thank a lot. It is a good idea to have a little money when you ship because you can't tell what might happen. We got paid last night so I'm pretty well fixed now if I can collect what the guys owe me. I think I'm going to quit loaning out money regardless of who it is. I'm charge of quarters tonight. That means I'm to keep track of what goes on in the [EO?] tonight. Also that I spend the night in the orderly room. Pretty easy job though. I'm going to get that watch sent home one of these days believe it or not. Its hard to get something to pack it in. I'll figure out something though. I hope Ken can find a watch.
