Saving...
March 21, 1944 Dear Folks, The first day of spring but you would never know it by the weather. Its been snowing most of the day a the wind is pretty strong. I have two-thirds of my university tests finished and I complete them tomorrow. After that we take government tests. I'll be glad when these are out of the road. Still nothing new as to where we go or when we leave. Look as if we traded $5 bills. Thanks anyways dad, but I hate to have you get me stuff all the time for you've done so much for me already. It really make a fine present and thanks alot. Haven't had an answer to that letter I wrote Kay. Some of the things I said probably made her pretty sore, but anyway I'll get results one way or the other. These tests make a pretty easy day for us. We take two a day, one in the morning and one in the after noon. They run from 10:00-12: and 3:00-5:00. That gives us quite a lot of free time. My room mates and I are planning on taking in a show tomorrow evening since we do have extra time. Sounds like old
