Saving...
March 29, 1944 Dear Folks, Tonight is the night, but I don't know what time we leave. Neither do I know where we are going. Its the first time I've ever shipped and not known where I was going. The rumors change so fast I quit trying. I'm all packed and all I have to do is put on my coat and go. I just got back from supper and I have to hurry and finish this note for we have a inspection and then we leave. I'll take back what I said about not knowing where I'm going. I'm pretty sure we go to Camp Robinson, Arkansas and as a member of the 66th Division. I think we leave around midnight. I couldn't wire you
