Saving...
March 2, 1945 France Dear Folks, You have probably been wondering just where in heck I've been. I was beginning to wonder myself. Since I last wrote I've been moving about a little. I started out on an over night excursion and ended up being gone seven days. Since then I've been busy trying to catch up now that I am back. We just finished building a new dugout. Its quite a place. Its about twelve foot square and four feet high on the inside. We have hay for a floor. This is the best part, we made a stove out of an old twenty gallon oil drum. It works fine. We have dirt thrown all over the outside for a little protection and warmth. (over)
