Saving...
Yesterday we reviewed the rifles, etc. Thats about all we have left besides the bivouac. I suppose Kermit has left by this time. [Rubio?] is getting pretty well cleaned off fellows isn't it? I got a letter from him this evening. I suppose Ken & Marg are all settled by this time. Did they have a place to go when they went back or did they have to look for one when they got there? By gosh I can't think of anything to write. I can say the sweat is really running. My shift starts in fifteen minutes so I better get this finished. Its funny how I can think of alot of little things to talk about but nothing to write on. After this bivouac I'll have plenty to write about if I'm not too worn out to write. I might even get to talk to you either if you come out or I get home. I haven't heard any more about it but I think I'll see the Company Commander about it. My time is still not up but no more news. Love Carroll
