with the mortar and I came face to face with a coral snake. As you know, they are deadly poison. I reached up and took off my helmet and socked him over the head. By gosh, I stayed off the ground the rest of the day. That evening we went out on a four hour night problem. We were in the defense just like before except this was after dark. Wed. we went back to work with tactics again. We dug different types of implacements for the mortars. We really had some big holes in the ground. Anyway we camoflagued them etc. In the afternoon we went out and used those same holes for demonstration of the mortar squad in action.
