the jug for some reason. I guess the barber union did it. Now we have to go down town if we can ever get a pass. I guess ti isn't our worry. Yesterday afternoon we drilled for the first time in ages. It was sort of fun for a change. We usually sit through some training films we've seen a dozen or so times. Mom, I wouldn't say my trips home didn't do me some good. It did me alot of good. In fact I felt a little worse than homesick when I left. Maybe thats one reason I want to get out of here, so I can get over this restlessness. I'm anxious to get home for good and I think i'll feel better if I get into something else while I'm away. Maybe that doesn't make sense and no one can read my mind, but I know how I feel. Don't worry about it for I know I'll feel better if I do something more than go to school. Love Carroll
