Saving...
We have our first basketball game Sun. afternoon. I guess there is some sort of tournement. I should get to play some. I was sure glad to hear Swede finally landed. I began to wonder what happened to him. I'll have to write him I guess. The weather is still nice around here. Some of the guys went to class in shirtsleeves. Has J.J. cooled down any yet. I'll bet he was about to go nuts there for awhile. McDonald and I have been swimming a little bit the last few days. We sneak out of our own P.E. classes and go swimming with another bunch. Have a big time trying to dive. I got a letter from Ivan this week. He talked like he wasn't sure about what happened to him after school, but he thought he might go to San Diego. He wasn't at all sure though. They changed our study hours from 7:30 to 10:00 up to 8:30 until 10:30. That way we have nearly an hour more free time in the evenings. We usually messed around till 11:00 anyway. Guess I haven't anymore news for now. Hope you don't go bats on this income tax, Alf. Love Carroll
