Saving...
Don't know anymore about what happens to me. Maybe by the end of the week I will. I don't know anymore from the home front (Richland). I got a little disgusted and haven't written for about a week and a half. The part I hate about it is putting you two out so much. What I mean is money, time, gas, ring and everything else that went into my running up to Richland. I guess there was no way to guess something would turn up. I'll let her think it over for awhile and see what happens. Thanks mom, for asking her about coming out. I can't tell you two just how much I appreciate all you've done for me. One thing the army has done for me is show me just how lucky I was to have the family I did. Got another letter from [Harry?] Jr. The letters really come through in a hurry. I don't think I'll get but this one letter written tonight. I feel like the best thing I could do is go to bed. I don't think I'll argue much about that either. I'll let you know just as soon as I find out anything. Love Carroll
