round 10:30 so it kept me busy for the next half hour. Got off duty and now I'm writing that [one?] swell fellow I love so very much. I got a letter from your Mother today. She and Margaret were wondering just when I was announcing our engagement. It should be in S?'s paper and Dotty has called the bookstore everyday so they'd be sure and save one. Yes, darling, you're an engaged man. Now everyone knows about our wonderful plans. I'm so happy honey and it's your love for me that has made me happy. You mean everything to me . Your Mother said Ken had called home and was to leave the states the next day. I hate to see him
