all. I was on duty till late & when I got off we played some bridge. Just learning & do I make some dumb mistakes. Finally went to bed & morning came to early. I didn't go on duty till 11:00 this AM but had to get up & finish my Xmas cards etc. I went over to see Ruthie for a few minutes. We weren't very busy today. I [illegible] [plenty?] for the day after Xmas & on. I've about talked myself out of going on nites. Has been so darn good to be on days for a change. Living like everyone else for a change. Darling, you have never said just where you tho't you'd go to school. Will you go back to Iowa or what? Whatever you want honey is what I want. Cuz of housing conditions they have house [illegible] now on the coupons. Something has to be done I guess. If Dave goes to Wisconsin
