[Letterhead] piano & Mom is still sorting & discarding much of what has collected the last few years. Dad has been awful busy & likes it better everytime. I'm glad he does. He still hasn't found a house & he's getting abit discouraged. Heard from Rose today. Said it was getting [cooler?] at [nites?] [illegible] & [illegible] much better. Said they had a regular banquet for Thanksgiving. Speaking of weather it certainly has been cold here. And we had more snow too. Last nite was the staff party. Was very nice. Tonite I'm on call & I'm hoping no emergencies come in. And to we have no empty beds, even so close to Xmas. Have my Xmas shopping all done now. Have some to wrap now & then I'll be there. Next yr. we can do it together. We'll have so much fun. Betty Lou stopped at the cottage to see me today. Said to tell you
