it too. Cuz she can be by the table [with] everyone else. And do you know what! Ruthie had her baby Wed. PM at 3:14. I heard about it the minute I walked in tonite. So I dashed over to the hosp. to see her before they put her to bed. Dave hasn't left yet & you should see him. So darn proud. It's a sweet baby too. They named her Kathryn Eilene & are calling her Kathie. She said she wanted to wait till I got back but she slipped & fell down about 4 steps & wasn't so good. It scared her so Dave couldn't imagine what had happened. Here I told Mom & Vera that Ruth was O.K. when I left. Well, she was I guess. The bump on my head doesn't seem to be going down any. Just so it doesn't get black & blue. I'll be a mess. I was so happy when I got back. I had a letter from you written Dec 10th.
